BOOKING  POLICY

As the individualized nature of one on one Spa services, 

we try our best to get well prepared and ready for each client to be served in time as it scheduled. 

We appreciate your business by serious about each of our client appointment booking.

So for a great service experience you deserve, your seriously appointment booking and carefully time selection, 

arrange your arriving in time are so important for  the adequate treatment time you should have, and following our cancellation or rescheduling policy below to respect other clients' right in deserving their appointment fill in or not affected 

we are really appreciate your cooperation.

  • Booking ​On or before 24 Hours: 

      24 hours at least cancellation or reschedule notice to us prior your scheduled starting time required, otherwise you will be charged in full in your next booking and no refund. 

  • Same day appointment booking:

      Cancellation or reschedule notice to us are accepted but the rescheduling will be charged in full and no refund. No show or second cancellation will result your next appointment booking charge in full and no refund. 

  •  ​Tardy Arrival: 

        We trying to give each client a real full minute service time as you scheduled and paid for, but if you are late for your appointment starting time or not arrive earlier enough for your initial visit intake form & consultation time if any questions you might have, you might lost some minutes from your own session if we have other client booked right after your appointment. We encourage you to call or text us if you do have any questions, concerns or comments about the services before booking, this will allow us to understand your needs better and provide the quality service you expected and deserve.
